Badcock Home Furniture &more is closing down here in Lynchburg. According to CNN, the furniture store's parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Tuesday, July 23. Every single one of the nearly 400 locations nationwide are clearing out their stores. They expect to close permanently in the next few months.
