President Joe Biden has the lowest job approval rating of any chief executive in the past 15 years, a new ABC News/Ipsos poll found. Biden's approval rating is 33%, the lowest since then-President George W. Bush from 2006-2008, ABC News reported. Biden also earns a 58% disapproval rating.
