With the global coronavirus pandemic snuffing out travel, more than 4,000 employees at Booking.com shall be laid off. Layoffs, a quarter of the Booking.com workforce, will begin next month and run through the end of the year, according to parent company Booking Holdings Inc. based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
