Burger King is the latest restaurant company to seek an operational assist from artificial intelligence. The BK Assistant is a new AI-powered operations platform designed to bring real-time, voice-enabled intelligence to restaurant teams by unifying point-of-sale systems, kitchen equipment, inventory, and digital ordering into one “command center.”
