Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ishbia may have staked a claim as the best owner in the NBA after announcing he's lowering the price of some concession menu items at the Footprint Center. In a statement on Wednesday, Ishbia declared that the Suns organization would implement a new value-priced concession menu.
