Starbucks has placed needle disposal boxes in select stores’ bathrooms to address baristas’ concerns of being injured by used syringes, according to a new report. The coffee giant installed containers for the disposal of dirty needles in 25 US markets — with plans to expand the initiative by the end of summer 2019.
